Otteraaen Collection
Chris Skaugset shows library patrons, Mary and Barney Wheeler, books from the Otteraaen Collection, a special collection developed to honor Marion J. Otteraaen, former library director. Donors to the Foundation may either designate precisely how they want their donation to be used or indicate that their gifts may be for whatever purpose the Foundation sees fit.
